As Human Resources Functional Support Specialist, you are responsible for assisting employees, management, the local Human Resources team and external stakeholders by completing assigned activities, with accuracy and on-time deliverables.
You apply and maintain Company policies and procedures in support of the respective population with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality. You may also be responsible for non-routine activities as required.

Role contribution and responsabilities

  • Preparation of the monthly payroll for expatriates around the world: taking into consideration uplifts according to locations, local salary payment deductions, expense reports, hypotax, etc...;
  • Follow up on employees personal information and update personal files accordingly;
  • Employee process payments for exceptions to batch payments;
  • Follow up on employee requests (emails/phone), as well as any other internal or external stakeholders such as finance, local HR and international mobility specialists;
  • Collaboration with accounting in order to prepare accruals and explain any discrepancies in the accounts following the import of the payroll;

What we expect

Ideally 2 years similar experience
Fluent in English
